Bank of the West ATM Announcement

Dear Member:

This letter is to inform you that Bank of the West has notified us that beginning June 2017, they will no longer accept ATM deposits or allow surcharge-free ATM withdrawals for 1^st Nor Cal Members.

You may use any CO-OP ATM, surcharge free, and make deposits at any deposit taking location. There are nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs in North America within the CO-OP network in which most credit unions participate. Of these, over 7,500 accept surcharge-free deposits.

To find a surcharge-fee CO-OP ATM, you have several options:

1. Click the following link to go to the Co-op ATM Locator:

2. Click the “Find ATM/Branch” link located in the menu of 1^st Nor Cal’s @ccessMobile Banking.
3. Download the CO-OP Network ATM Locator from the iPhone or Android App Store.
4. Text a zip code to 91989 to find nearby ATM locations.
5. Call 1-888-SITE-CO-OP (888-748-3266) to find a location.
