ELECTRONIC SERVICES AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing electronic fund transfers. Electronic fund transfers (“EFTs”) are electronically initiated transfers of money involving a deposit account at the Credit Union and multiple access options, such as online account access, mobile banking, direct deposits, automated teller machines (ATMs), debit card and automated telephone banking. Your acceptance, retention, or use of an ATM Card, debit card, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or other EFT hereunder constitutes an agreement between us and you.
These disclosures are given by us in compliance with the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1693 et seq.) and Regulation E (12 CFR 1005 et seq.) to inform you of certain terms and conditions for use of the electronic services described in this Agreement.
Except as set forth in our About Your Credit Union Accounts, you understand that you are responsible for all errors you commit in initiating transactions using the electronic services (including, but not limited to, errors you commit as a result of being tricked or persuaded to initiate or approve a transaction), so it is important that you ensure the accuracy of information you provide to initiate transfers through the electronic services. While we generally will make good faith efforts to recover funds you transfer in error, we may not be able to recover funds despite our efforts, and you will be responsible for losses related to your errors. You also understand and acknowledge that we will never contact you by telephone, text, or email to request sensitive information such as your Card numbers, account numbers, login ID, PIN, password, or other means of accessing your accounts, and you should remain vigilant and suspicious of persons requesting such information from you, even if they claim to be calling on behalf of the Credit Union.
For full electronic funds disclosure see our About Your Credit Union Accounts.
