We’ve made some changes in Home Banking to better server our members. Here’s the details.

Skip a Payment – Members can now process their own Skip a Payment (skip) on eligible loans within Home Banking! Members can skip twice a year (Jan-Dec) and six times over the lifetime of the loan. Please note that members cannot skip two consecutive payments in a row (i.e. if you skip April’s payment, you can’t skip May’s payment too.) The member would need to wait 60 days from their first skip for the year to make another skip request. Simply click the gear icon next to your loan in Home Banking to see if your loan is eligible and to start the request. A $25 fee will be charged for each skip and the fee can be taken out of your Shares, Checking or Money Market accounts.

If you don’t have Home Banking and/or need assistance processing your Skip-a-Payment through Home Banking, please call us at (888) 387-8632 and we will be happy to help you.

Contact Information – Instead of having three separate links in Settings to change your address, email, or phone number, there is now just one link that reads “Change Contact Information” where members can change all three contact details. On this same page, members now have the ability to opt-in or opt-out of communications from 1st Nor Cal, based on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, (TCPA).

Movable Panels – Members can now organize their Home Banking landing page by moving panels around or choosing to “hide” or “show” them.
